O Banco da Patagonia, da Argentina, está planejando ter ações na Bovespa, através da forma de Brazilian depositary receipts (BDRs)

Segundo Ben Ladler, do UBS Pactual in Chile

"In theory, it's cheaper and easier to list in Brazil than in the US or the UK."
